About the Movement

In America,
We Have No Kings

250 years ago, Americans decided they would not be ruled by a tyrant. Today, millions stand together to defend that founding principle—protecting families, demanding due process, and preserving democracy.

Our Principles

The core values that guide everything we do.

Nonviolent Action

We are committed to peaceful, lawful protest. We seek to de-escalate confrontation and demonstrate the power of unity.

Due Process for All

Every person deserves their day in court. We fight for fair legal representation regardless of immigration status.

Community Solidarity

We stand together across race, religion, and background. An attack on one family is an attack on all of us.

Family Unity

Children belong with their parents. We work tirelessly to keep families together and reunite those who have been separated.

What We Do

Legal Defense

We fund experienced immigration attorneys to represent detained individuals who cannot afford legal help. With a lawyer, chances of winning increase from 10% to 63%.

Advocacy

Our petition reaches Congress, governors, and media. We amplify voices demanding immigration reform and an end to family separation.

Community Support

Our 24/7 hotline provides rapid response to ICE raids. We offer know-your-rights training and connect families with resources.
